FREIGHT & DELIVERY



Generally, freight will be added onto your cart at the checkout; smaller items will be sent by Australia Post and bigger items sent by courier. Goods will then be dispatched after full payment for freight and goods is received. If your postcode is not recognised by our shopping cart please email us for assistance.

 

Currently purchases made through the shopping cart are only available to Australian addresses, but we can ship cushion covers and smaller items to overseas addresses.  Please email any queries regarding shipping overseas to joanne@adornhomewares.com.au to receive a quote for postage.

 

Generally, all products will be dispatched within 1-3 days, unless it is a special order. Custom orders, such as upholstered x benches, will generally be shipped within 7-14 days.

 

We will always attempt to deliver a product within the estimated period . If the expected delivery period for your requested product/s is significantly longer than estimated, you will be contacted and will have the opportunity to cancel your order if not already dispatched. All due care will be given to packing your item for safe delivery.
