RETURNS POLICY



Goods may be returned if found to be delivered faulty, damaged or there was an error in delivery.  Special orders will only be refunded if found to be faulty. Sale items cannot be returned. Furniture items may be returned if delivered damaged, in a faulty condition or the specific product delivered is not what was depicted when purchased.

 

If the product is found to be faulty a full credit will be issued, providing the product’s condition is clean and unwashed and in original packaging. Contact must be made advising of the fault within 10 days of dispatch. Change of mind returns do not apply to all furniture. Items are carefully checked before dispatch but if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, items (except all furniture and rugs) can be returned but only within the time frame specified. Colours of products displayed on your computer screen may vary to actual colours of the item you are purchasing. This can be due to the high variance in colours utilized by computer monitors. There will be no refund due to a variation in colour from that depicted on our website and your screen.
