Goods may be returned only if found to be delivered faulty or there was an error in delivery. No refund will be made for change of mind or incorrect choice. Special orders will only be refunded if found to be faulty.
If the product is found to be faulty a full credit will be issued, providing the product’s condition is clean and unwashed and in original packaging. Customers would be responsible for the freighting costs for return. Freighting will not be refunded. Contact must be made via email supplying reason for return before items are returned and details of invoice number must be included: joanne@adornhomewares.com.au
Items on sale and found to be faulty can be returned and will receive a credit note only.
