FREIGHT AND DELIVERY

 

Generally, freight will be added onto your cart at the checkout; smaller items will be sent by Australia Post and bigger items sent by courier. Freight for much larger items, such as furniture, will be billed seperately and we will contact you regarding a quote for freighting to your preferred delivery address. Goods will then be dispatched after full payment for freight and goods is received.

 

Currently, our shopping cart can only accept orders from Australian addresses. However, we are able to ship some smaller items to overseas customers. Contact would need to be made through our Contact page or direct your enquiries to joanne@adornhomewares.com.au and we will give you a shipping quote to your overseas address.

 

Generally, all products will be shipped out within 1-3 days, unless it is a special order. Custom orders, such as custom lampshades, will generally be shipped within 7-14 days. We will always attempt to deliver a product within the estimated period. If the expected delivery period for your requested product/s is significantly longer than estimated, you will be contacted and will have the opportunity to cancel your order.

 

All due care will be given to packing your item for safe delivery.

 

RETURNS POLICY

 

Goods may be returned only if found to be delivered faulty or there was an error in delivery. No refund will be made for change of mind or incorrect choice. Special orders will only be refunded if found to be faulty. Items on sale and returned will receive a credit note.

 

If the product is found to be faulty a full credit will be issued, providing it is in a clean and unwashed condition and in original packaging. Contact with us by email through contact@adornhomewares.com.au must be made before items are returned and details of invoice number must be included.

Colours of products displayed on your computer screen may vary to actual colours of the item you are purchasing. This can be due to the high variance in colours utilized by computer monitors. There will be no refund due to a variation in colour from that depicted on our website and your screen.

When purchasing from Adorn Homewares your financial details are passed through a secure server using the latest 128-bit SSL (Secured Sockets Layer) encryption technology. 128-bit SSL encryption is the current industry standard.

 

USE OF PRODUCT IMAGES

 

Permission must be sought from us if you wish to use our product images. Use on social media, such as Facebook, Instagram and blogs should have our product tagged/credited as our business being the source. We also appreciate you using our images that are tagged correctly and we then have the opportunity to thank you for using those images.
